Product Description
High flexible high temperature chemical resistance stainless steel braided ptfe corrugated hose for e85 fuel hose
Braided Convoluted hose comprises a Convoluted PTFE tube liner and single or double stainless steel outer braid.
It features excellent flexibility and kink resistance for superior performance in chemical transfer, high temperature hydraulics, and hose applications requiring tight routings, high temperature media transfer and general-purpose applications.
The hose core is made from virgin 100% PTFE resin without any pigment or additive.
The wire braiding is produced from AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire.
Anti-static(carbon) version of all hoses are available, consult us for further information.
Usage
1. Black braided PTFE fuel line can be used as fuel injection hose, turbo oil feed and boost line, transmission oil cooler line, EFI fuel line, carb fuel line, ls engine swap fuel line, fuel return line, vapor return line, vacuum line, fuel supply line and other high temperature high pressure applications circumstances.
2. PTFE Lined Hose can be compatible with all automotive fuels, lubricants, and coolant.
3. PTFE hose relatively hard, it can't be bend and folding in half. Professional installation is highly recommended.
