Our team consists of a group of engineers, quality inspectors and technical consultants with more than 15 years of experience in the hose industry. Whether it is product selection, parameter customization or project consultation, we can provide professional, timely and accurate help.
The factory is equipped with more than 50 advanced automatic braiding machines, vulcanization equipment, testing instruments and pressure testing systems, which can efficiently produce various types of hoses, such as hydraulic hoses, silicone hoses, PVC hoses, etc. The monthly production volume can reach up to 600,000 meters.
We provide 7×24 hours online service. When you need technical help and after-sales help, you can contact us through email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and website online customer service. We will reply to you and solve the problem in the shortest time.
Hangzhou Haikuo Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has a factory size of 20000-30000 square meters, with more than ten production lines and can provide OEM services. It produces about 8 million meters of rubber hoses each year, with an annual output value of about 20 million US dollars.
Quality testing
In order to ensure the quality of the hose, we will conduct professional testing before leaving the factory, and we have burst testers, pulse test benches, negative pressure test equipment, pressure testers, bending testers, tensile testers, oil and temperature test chambers, inner diameter/outer diameter measuring tools, leakage testers, surface wear testers and other professional testing equipment to ensure the safety and durability of the hose.

Hangzhou Haikuo Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has passed ISO9000 quality management system certification and obtained professional industrial testing certifications from testing agencies such as REACH and ROSH.
