The cloth-covered large-diameter hose is a high-strength, wear-resistant industrial hose that uses a multi-layer fiber cloth or polyester fabric reinforcement structure, and the outer layer is covered with wear-resistant rubber or PVC material. It is suitable for large-flow, high-strength fluid transportation needs. Its unique cloth-covered reinforcement design makes it both flexible and pressure-resistant, and is widely used in mining, construction, agriculture, chemical industry, sewage treatment and other industries.
The cloth-covered large-diameter low-pressure industrial hose is reinforced with multiple layers of high-density fiber cloth or polyester wire weaving to ensure that the hose does not deform or burst under high-pressure conditions, and is suitable for large-flow transportation.
The cloth structure gives the hose good flexibility, which is convenient for installation and movement under complex working conditions, and reduces flow loss caused by bending. It is also UV-resistant, ozone-resistant, and aging-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use, and adapts to extreme temperature environments from -30°C to +80°C.
It also supports customization, and can provide different calibers (6 inches to 24 inches and above) and length options, and can be matched with flanges, quick connectors and other connection methods to meet different industrial needs.
