Hose accessories are indispensable auxiliary components in the hose system, mainly used to connect, fix, protect or convert hoses and interfaces, and improve the sealing, stability and work efficiency of the system. It has the advantages of easier installation, easy replacement and maintenance.
In order to extend the service life of the user's hose, we also provide some protective accessories for the hose, such as PP spring guard, hose end protection cover, fireproof cover, foam hose, hose reel, and other hose accessories to protect the hose from wear and provide matching tools.
PP Hose Guard, also known as hose sheath or spiral protective sheath, is a spiral protective device made of high-strength polypropylene (PP) material, specially used for the external protection of hydraulic hoses, air pipes, water pipes and cables. It has excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance and UV resistance, effectively preventing hoses from being damaged prematurely due to friction, extrusion, UV rays or chemical corrosion in the working environment, extending the overall life of the hose and improving the stability of equipment operation.

Silicone Fire Sleeve
Silicone Fire Sleeve is a protective sleeve made of silicone material, mainly used to protect cables, hoses or pipes from damage under high temperature, flame or harsh environment. It ensures that the protected parts can maintain their functions under fire or extreme temperature conditions through its flame retardant, heat insulation and high temperature resistance.

Advantages
Excellent high temperature resistance
It can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +260°C for a long time and withstand flame impacts of 1000°C+ (such as open flames or welding sparks) for a short time.
Compared with ordinary rubber or plastic sleeves, silicone is not easy to melt or decompose at high temperatures.
Fire Resistance
It meets flame retardant standards such as UL 94 V-0 and SAE AS3571, and can effectively inhibit the spread of flames.
It releases very little smoke and toxic gases during combustion, which is suitable for confined spaces (such as aircraft and ships).
Flexibility and durability
Silicone is soft and easy to bend and install, suitable for complex wiring environments (such as engine compartments, hydraulic systems).
Anti-aging, ozone and ultraviolet (UV) resistance, longer life in outdoor or industrial scenes.
Chemical stability
Oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, suitable for chemical, petroleum or automotive fields (such as fuel pipe, exhaust pipe protection).
Electrical insulation performance
High dielectric strength, can be used to protect cables or electronic equipment from short circuits or arc damage.
Easy installation
Some products are designed as split sleeves, which can be quickly installed without disassembling the original pipeline.
Insulation Foam Pipe
Insulation Foam Pipe is a flexible insulation material used to wrap pipes to prevent heat loss or external temperature influence. It is usually made of closed-cell foam (such as polyethylene, rubber or polyurethane). Its core functions are heat insulation, anti-condensation, energy saving and consumption reduction. It is widely used in construction, HVAC, industrial pipelines and other fields.
Type
1. Polyethylene Foam Insulation Pipe (PE Foam)
★ Material: Closed-cell Polyethylene (Polyethylene).
★ Features: Lightweight, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, suitable for cold water pipes or low temperature environments (-40°C ~ 90°C).
★ Common uses: Household tap water pipes, air conditioning condenser pipes.
2. Rubber Foam Insulation Pipe (Rubber Foam)
★ Material: NBR/PVC (nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber).
★ Features: Good elasticity, high temperature resistance (-50°C ~ 150°C), better flame retardancy.
★ Common uses: HVAC, hot water pipes, industrial equipment.
3. Polyurethane foam insulation pipe (PU Foam)
★ Material: Polyurethane.
★ Features: High density, strong thermal insulation performance, but poor flexibility, mostly used for prefabricated insulation pipes.
