Precision Mixing
In our temperature and humidity-controlled mixing rooms, we follow strict formulations to accurately weigh and blend raw materials-including natural/synthetic rubber, reinforcing agents, and anti-aging additives. Using advanced internal mixers and two-roll mills, we produce high-performance compound with uniform consistency and zero impurities, laying the foundational cornerstone for the hose's superior performance.
Inner Tube Extrusion
Via precise pre-forming and cold-feed extrusion techniques, the compound is continuously and uniformly extruded into the inner tube. We meticulously control extrusion speed, temperature, and wall thickness to ensure a smooth bore, absence of bubbles, and consistent dimensions, thereby achieving low flow resistance and high abrasion resistance.
Reinforcement Layer Braiding / Winding
This is the "backbone" of the hose. Employing high-speed braiders or winders, we apply reinforcement layers-such as high-tensile steel wire, polyester yarn, or aramid fiber-onto the inner tube at precise angles and tension. This stage is critical in determining the hose's working pressure and pulse life. Our engineers monitor tension in real-time to ensure every reinforcement layer performs optimally.
Outer Cover Application
Over the reinforcement skeleton, a weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant outer cover is applied through extrusion covering or wrap-around curing processes. This protective "jacket" shields the reinforcement from external elements, granting the hose an extended service life.
High-Temperature Vulcanization
The formed hose blank enters large-scale autoclaves for vulcanization under specific temperature, pressure, and time parameters. This is the crucial step where rubber transitions from a "raw" to a "cured" state through cross-linking reactions, granting it permanent elasticity, strength, and stability.
Precision Cutting & End Assembly
Hoses are precisely cut to customer-specified lengths. Subsequently, metal end fittings are crimped onto the hose using professional crimping machines. We employ customized crimping parameters matched to each hose and fitting specification, supported by force-value monitoring, to ensure every crimp is flawless, delivering optimal seal integrity and pull-off resistance.
Final Inspection & Cleaning/Packaging
Every finished hose undergoes a final visual inspection, dimensional check, and cleaning. This is followed by professional packaging (e.g., applying protective film, bagging, boxing) before being released to the warehouse for shipment.

Reliable Mechanical Performance Assurance
Through the Tensile Tester and Durometer, we rigorously verify the modulus, tensile strength, and hardness of the compound. The data derived guarantees that the hose exhibits excellent resistance to deformation and mechanical durability.

The Aging Test Chamber employs accelerated aging tests to predict the hose's performance after long-term use. This enables us to continuously optimize our formulations, allowing us to deliver a promise of enduring, high-performance products to you.
