Main types and structures
Threaded joints
Connected by internal threads (FPT/NPT) or external threads (MPT), commonly used materials are brass and stainless steel.
Quick-connect fittings
Quick disassembly and assembly design (Push-to-connect), no tools required, and sealing by O-rings.
Flange joints
The flange is fixed by bolts, resistant to high pressure (PN16~PN40), suitable for large-diameter pipes.
Clamp joints
The hose is mechanically compressed with a clamp or ferrule, which is low in cost but has weak pressure resistance (≤1.6MPa).
Welded joints
The end is designed with a bevel and needs to be welded and fixed (such as SAE flange welding head).
