Product Overview
This product is a heavy-duty oil suction and discharge hose specially designed for industrial, agricultural, transportation and warehousing fields. Its core mission is to safely and efficiently transport various hydrocarbon fuels and mineral oils (such as diesel, gasoline, engine oil, lubricating oil, and fuel oil). The pipe structure has been specially optimized to withstand both the positive pressure generated by pumping and the negative pressure (vacuum) produced by suction operations. It is an ideal choice for oil depots, gas stations, fleet maintenance, and factory fuel supply systems.

Outstanding oil resistance: With an NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) inner rubber layer, it has excellent resistance to mineral oils such as petroleum, fuel oil, diesel, and gasoline, preventing the hose from expanding, deforming, or degrading.

Multi-layer reinforced structure: High-strength synthetic fiber or steel wire braided/wound reinforcing layer, capable of withstanding high working pressure and suction vacuum, resistant to flex and pulse.

Wear resistance and weather resistance: The outer rubber layer is usually added with carbon black, which has excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, ozone resistance and weather aging resistance, and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor working conditions.

Flexible and easy to operate: The pipe body is flexible, making it easy to handle and lay even in low-temperature environments, thereby enhancing work efficiency.

Electrostatic safety design (optional, key selling point) : Some models are equipped with a conductive layer, which can effectively discharge the static electricity generated during the conveying process, prevent the accumulation of sparks, and ensure operational safety.
