Product Description:

Features: The ester-based PU coiling tube, possess all the characteristics of common PU tube, more featuring with excellent flexibility and excelling in restoring force. Easy using and flexible for movable parts.

 

Application:

used for air brake, automated machinery, coating machinery, all kinds of pneumatic tools, pneumatic & hydraulic machinery, hose reels, drums, telescopic spring reel, other auto industry pneumatic tools, Vehicle maintenance and metal products, construction and various pneumatic tools. Polyether based PU tube is hydrolysis-resistant, anti-bacterial & anti-fungous, and it can be used for gardening, cleaning, water hoses and other purposes.

 

PU hose:

• The tube is smooth, supple, with good flexibility, it's easy to install and use because of the small bending radius.

• The tube dose not contain softener, can pass ROHS, SGS certificated.

• It has good oxygen resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance.

• Using the online deameter control system, the tube diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm

• The transparent tube is with high grade of transparency, the flowing status of the medium is easy to be seen.

• The colored tube uses the good weather resistance pigment, the color is standard, bright, and with good fastness after long-time usage.

• The tube is apply to various Pneumatic Tools, pneumatic automated machines, air compressor and connection pneumatic assembly etc, can be used widely in the industry, decoration industry, and pneumatic suitable pipelines.
