What Compound Are High Pressure Hoses Made Of?

The high-pressure hose is mainly composed of a liquid-resistant styrene-butadiene rubber inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a hand-woven layer of 1, 2, and 3 layers of stainless steel wires, and a weather-resistant styrene-butadiene rubber outer rubber layer. The effect of force and stainless steel wire is not corroded, the outer rubber layer will not damage the stainless steel wire, and the stainless steel wire layer is the frame material

High-pressure hoses are made of high-quality special styrene-butadiene rubber compounds, manufactured by large-diameter hose machinery operated by technical electronics. Under the necessary conditions of high quality and durability, this rubber hose is used in all places where various substances are transported without problems. Therefore, typical main uses are: marine technology, freight logistics, medium and large storage tanks, steel metallurgy industry and construction industry.

As we all know, high-pressure hose is a pressure-resistant and wear-resistant pipeline, so according to the different working pressures, the selected lifting layer is also different. Sand hose. More common is a layer of stainless steel wire. It can withstand compression up to 4Mpa, and the hand-woven double-layer stainless steel wire can withstand compression above 10Mpa.

How to install high pressure hose

Proper installation of the high pressure hose is a factor in ensuring that its characteristics are fully utilized. It is generally installed behind the root valve of the tank trade pipeline, and there is also a valve behind the high-pressure hose, which promotes the immediate conductive and conductive soft connection between the tank and the pipeline, which is conducive to maintenance and disassembly.

High pressure hoses have limited ability to pay for axial deflection under natural conditions. When the installed length is equal to the natural length, it will inevitably be subjected to axial tension, which will lead to cracking and leakage of the pipeline. Therefore, the installation length of the high-pressure hose should be less than the natural length to ensure a certain playability.

Due to the lateral and axial offset caused by the high-pressure hose digestion system, in addition to ensuring its playability during installation, it can also be digested according to the reasonable layout of the pipeline. There are two kinds of widely threading pipes: L-type and Z-type. The L-type is widely installed, and the overall layout adjustment environment is clean and unique, reducing the length of the pipe and reducing the frictional resistance of the liquid. However, the axial stress field induced by the piping will act on the high pressure hose and the tank mouth.

This reduces the service life of high-pressure hoses and shut-off valves, and also damages the nozzles, resulting in wholesale leakage of refined oil. Although the Z-type installation increases the length of the pipeline and the number of elbows, the axial offset of the pipeline system can be absorbed by itself, reducing the axial stress field of the high-pressure hose and the nozzle, and the service life is also conducive to the stability of the pipeline.
