New materials for high pressure hoses:
(1) EPDM ternary rubber Eli: It has excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, high temperature aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and excellent electrical insulation properties, especially suitable for glycol ether brake fluid and vegetable oil. It is used to manufacture high-pressure hoses that are resistant to high temperature, steam and corrosive media.
(2) Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber: It has excellent ozone resistance and can resist weathering. Has good chemical resistance, excellent flame resistance, oil resistance and tear resistance. It is suitable for making high-pressure hoses that are resistant to strong corrosive media, flame-resistant, and ozone-resistant aging, especially for making the outer layer of rubber hoses for use in harsh atmospheric environments.
(3) Chloroether rubber: It has excellent sun resistance. Oil resistance, solvent resistance. It has good flame resistance and air permeability, and is suitable for the manufacture of oil-resistant, ozone-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and low-permeation high-pressure hoses.
(4) Hydrogenated nitrile rubber: It has excellent properties such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature, oxidation resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance, and ozone resistance. It is suitable for producing high-pressure hoses with high oil resistance requirements.
(5) NBR/PVC: excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance and ozone resistance. It has good extrudability and convenient processing, and is suitable for external coating of high-pressure hoses used in wear-resistant and ozone-resistant environments.
(6) Aramid fiber: Aramid fiber has excellent properties such as super strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and light weight, and its strength is 7 times that of ordinary fibers. Its modulus is 2-3 times that of glass fiber or metal wire. The toughness is 2 times higher than the original, and the quality is only 1/5 of the original. It does not decompose or melt at a temperature of 450 ° C, and has good insulation and aging resistance. long life cycle
(7) Flat steel: It has the characteristics of high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, bending resistance and pressure resistance. Especially the torsion resistance and bending deformation performance are good. High pressure long tube braids/long tubes made from flat long tubes have better pulse performance than long tubes made from high strength (ultra high strength) long tubes.
