The molding method of the plastic tube is mainly based on whether the core is used or not, and is divided into a coreless method and a cored method (including soft and hard core methods).
Centerless forming
For coreless rubber molding, the equipment is an extrusion molding machine (commonly used screw extruder), and the skeleton layer and outer rubber layer are directly formed on the extruded inner rubber tube.
The rubber material is stirred, mixed, plasticized and compacted in the barrel by the placement of the extrusion screw, and then moves to the direction of the machine head. The product of a certain shape extruded by the mouth is divided by the screw extruder. There are two kinds of feed and cold feed, the former feeds the preheated rubber strip of the open rubber mixer, and the latter feeds the non-heated feed.

Core rubber hose forming means that the rubber hose is formed on a hard core and a soft core. In order to ensure that the rubber hose is under pressure during vulcanization, the rubber hose is wrapped with a wet cloth with water before vulcanization, and the rubber hose is wrapped with rope or lead, and then vulcanized.
Sulfur can be vulcanized by direct steam heating or continuous vulcanization through vulcanization tanks. The staple fiber hose is directly added to the glue and then extruded to form. Its production process is simple, and it can gradually replace the knitted hose and the cloth hose. Modern rubber hose production technology makes it highly continuous and automatic. The use of thermoplastic or plastic can save the vulcanization process and greatly simplify the production process.
