Pipe structure

The nominal length of the HDPE is generally 6 meters. The body of the HDPE is divided into three parts. The first part is the socket, the second part is the main body of the pipe, and the third part is the socket. These three parts are all one-off online. The thickness of each part can be flexibly produced according to the engineering requirements, so the overall strength of the pipe is very high.

The flange of the HDPE PIPE has a tapered inner diameter and the socket has a tapered outer diameter. This structure ensures that the two PIPEs will be firmly welded together without any gaps during the color fusion connection.

 

Wall structure

The thickness of the water contact layer of the HDPE can be made 300mm from 2mm, so the HDPE can be used as a sewage drain or water supply pipe. Considering the reliability and construction of the pipe, it is recommended that the wall thickness of the horizontal layer be at least 4 mm.

The load-bearing layer of the HDPE PIPE can be used in a variety of pipe wall structures to enhance the ring stiffness according to engineering requirements. These wall structures reduce the weight of the pipe while increasing the stiffness of the pipe, saving material. The ring of the pipe can be from 2KN/M2 to 32KN/M2.

According to the wall structure, it can be divided into: structure PR, structure OP, structure SP, structure VW, structure SQ, structure ST.
