HDPE Pipe and Fittings

HDPE pipe is made of high-density polyethene resin. The product's physical properties make it applicable to open-trench, horizontal directional drilling, pipe-bursting and slip-lining installations. It can be manufactured with the colour striping to identify the application, such as a blue stripe for potable water, a green stripe for drainage,a yellow stripe for gas applications, an orange stripe for electrical conduit and a red stripe for mining applications.

Guidance to install PE pipe:

1. Cut pipe perpendicularly by scissors or professional devices.

2. Check the cleanliness at the end of pipe and accessories need to be welded.

3. Mark the depth to connect pipe with accessories.

4. Melt pipe accessories at the depth marked by welding machine.

5. Wait until time reached,connect all parts together.
