In the actual processing steps of ice cream, the use of silicone hoses is more. In addition, it should be reminded that due to the production equipment or production process, after a long time of production and processing, the silicone hose will be damaged or ruptured to a certain extent, so it takes a period of time to repair and replace the silicone hose to prevent material leakage. Why choose a hose with good oil resistance?
Some ice creams have a high cream content, so a hose with better oil resistance is required. Otherwise, because the hose is immersed in grease and rupture, it will lead to leakage of materials, and serious production accidents will occur. IIR, NBR, EPDM and UPE, these materials have good oil resistance and are more suitable for the ice cream industry.
