First, according to the pressure of the system, choose the number of layers of steel wires in the hose, the higher the pressure, the more layers of steel wires. Each hose has a maximum working pressure, and the burst pressure of the hose is 4 times the maximum working pressure. The higher the pressure resistance of the hose, the higher the price, so according to the actual system pressure, the maximum working pressure of the selected rubber hose should be higher than the actual working pressure. If the shock pressure of the system is frequent, choose a hose with special pulse resistance.

Second, the inner diameter of the hose is selected according to the flow rate. If the diameter of the tube is too small, the flow rate of the medium in the tube will increase, which will cause the system to heat up, reduce the efficiency, and generate excessive pressure drop, which will affect the energy of the entire system. If the diameter of the tube is too large, it will increase Cost, so the inner diameter of the hose should be appropriate. When the hose is fixed with a hose clamp or the hose passes through a steel plate at an equal distance, also pay attention to the outer diameter of the hose.
