So what should we pay attention to when transporting hoses?
1. When transporting and loading and unloading the high-pressure hose, it should not collapse at will. For the heavy-duty hose, lifting equipment or special equipment should be used for loading and unloading to prevent the rubber hose from being accidentally damaged and used for normal work.
2. The hose should be neatly shipped in sorted rolls (strips), to avoid the large tortuous discount of the hose body, and should not pile other heavy objects on the hose.
3. For the hose that needs to be transported straightly, when the length exceeds the loading compartment, the super-long part should be supported by a bracket to prevent the product from being dragged on the ground.
4. In the process of loading and unloading, the hose should be lightly loaded and unloaded.
5. If the product needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or workshop dock) for some reason, the site must be flat, the rubber hose should be neatly laid flat, and the bottom cover should be covered without stacking heavy objects; at the same time, the rubber hose should not collide with the heat source.
6. The last point is also the most important point. It is strictly forbidden to mix the hose with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent, flammable and explosive objects; the pipe body should not be in direct contact with goods with sharp edges.
