Oil-resistant ceiling｜Anti-collapse design｜Conforms to SAE J517 standard
Applicable media: diesel/gasoline/lubricating oil/biofuel (not applicable to fuel with ethanol content > 15%)
Working pressure: vacuum: -0.9bar / positive pressure: 4bar
Temperature range: -30°C ~ +90°C (short-term tolerance +120°C)
Inner diameter range: 10mm ~ 150mm (large diameter customization up to 300mm)
Reinforcement layer structure: 2 layers of high-tension synthetic fiber braiding + spiral steel wire anti-collapse (steel wire diameter optional 1.0/1.5/2.0mm)
Certification standards: SAE J517 R4｜EN 1360｜ISO 11425 (special standard for fuel delivery)
Features:
1. NBR+PVC composite layer: passed ASTM D471 1000 hours fuel immersion test, volume expansion rate <5% (industry average >15%).
2. Spiral steel wire reinforcement: The steel wire spacing is precisely calculated, and the diameter cross-sectional area is still maintained at 100% under -0.9bar vacuum (comparison test video can be downloaded).
3. Double-layer aramid braided layer: bending life exceeds 500,000 times (3 times the SAE standard), suitable for mobile refueling equipment.
4. Static dissipative type: surface resistance 10³~10⁶Ω, to prevent fuel vapor from detonating (in compliance with ATEX explosion-proof directive).
Wear-resistant outer layer: 3mm corrugated rubber design, 60% higher resistance to gravel impact.
5. Pre-installed quick connector: Camlock, flange type, threaded connector are optional, supporting 30 minutes quick replacement.
