Note
1. Before bonding pipes and fittings, wipe the inside of the socket and the outside of the socket with a dry cloth. When there is oil on the surface, wipe it clean with acetone.
2. The pipe section should be flat, vertical to the pipe axis and chamfered; the marking should be drawn and trial insertion should be done before bonding. The trial insertion depth can only be inserted to 1/3-1/2 of the original depth, and the gap is too large. It is strictly forbidden to use bonding methods when it is large.
3. When applying adhesive, first apply the inside of the socket, and then apply the outside of the socket. When applying the socket, apply a proper amount evenly from the inside to the outside along the axis, and do not miss or overspread (200g/m2).
4. After the adhesive is applied, it is advisable to align the axis and push once continuously to the marking line within 20s,rotate the pipe or fittings ≤900 degrees, and keep the applied external force unchanged within 1 minute to maintain the interface The column and position are correct.
5. After the bonding is completed, the excess adhesive should be wiped clean, and no force or forced loading during the curing time.
6. The bonding shall not be constructed in rain or water, and shall not be operated below 5°C.
