Six characteristics of plastic hoses.
1. Application: Plastic hoses are generally used in suction applications as anti-wear protection tubes. Particularly suitable for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibers and debris, active media such as oil vapour and welding fumes, industrial dust removal and suction. It is mainly used for ventilation and dust collection in the dusty production environment such as woodworking machinery, ceramic machinery and cement workshop.
2. Attributes: wear-resistant protection, optimized flow characteristics, high tensile strength, strong tear resistance; resistance to microorganisms and hydrolysis, excellent mineral oil resistance and chemical resistance, UV and ozone resistance, low temperature stretchability, Small bending radius, not easy to kink, free of softener and halogen, no leakage of gas and liquid, RoHS compliant, and static electricity can be discharged through the grounding of the spiral wire.
3. The plastic hose can be customized into a food-grade hose, and the pipe wall conforms to: FDA21CFR177.2600 and 178.2010, EC regulation 2002/72/EC including the recently revised regulation 2007/19/EC independent authoritative testing agency certification conforms to EC2002/72/ EC Regulations, including recently amended 2007/19/EC.
4. Plastic plastic hose structure: the pipe wall is covered with elastic steel wire, extruded in strip shape, and the wall thickness is about 0.6 mm
