The molding process of PVC plastic pipes starts with the raw materials of PVC plastic granules. The raw materials of PVC plastic granules are divided into soft PVC and rigid PVC according to the added amount of stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, etc.
According to the production of soft PVC or hard PVC as raw materials, PVC plastic pipes are divided into two types: soft and hard pipes: rigid PVC plastic pipes are PVC resin mixed with stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers and other additives. It is made by extrusion molding after granulation; the soft PVC plastic pipe is made by adding various additives such as plasticizers with higher components to PVC resin, and then extruding and molding after granulation. The biggest difference between the two pipes is that the rigid PVC plastic pipe has better chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation; the soft PVC plastic pipe has excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation and good softness.
