Rubber welding hose is a high-pressure delivery hose designed for industrial gas welding equipment such as welding and cutting. It is mainly used to transport industrial gases such as oxygen, acetylene, argon, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The hose has excellent resistance to high pressure, wear and aging, and is suitable for scenes such as factories, construction sites, and metal processing to ensure the safety and stability of gas delivery

Q1: How to choose a suitable rubber welding hose?

Choose according to working pressure: 1.5MPa can be selected for ordinary welding, and 2.0MPa or more is required for high-pressure environments.

Under normal use conditions, the life span is about 2-3 years, but aging and cracking conditions need to be checked regularly.

Q3: How to prevent hose leakage?
Use special pipe clamps to fix the joints to avoid twisting and squeezing.
