Chemical Discharge Hose

Chemical Discharge Hose is a multi-functional heavy-duty suction and exhaust hose specially designed for industrial fields such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and electroplating. Its core mission is to safely and efficiently transport various challenging corrosive chemical liquids, slurries and steam. From concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions to various organic solvents and industrial wastewater, this product can provide excellent tolerance and long-lasting reliability. Its robust structural design is capable of both pumping and discharging as well as suction and transfer operations, making it a key connecting component for ensuring safety and efficiency in modern chemical processes.

Inner Tube: Depending on the medium, multiple material options are provided
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer rubber) : Excellent resistance to acids and alkalis (especially phosphoric acid and caustic alkali), steam, ozone and weather.
NBR (Nitrile butadiene rubber) : Excellent resistance to oil, fuel oil and solvents (such as alkanes).
FKM (Fluororubber)/Viton® : Top-grade high-temperature resistance, resistance to extremely corrosive chemicals and solvents (such as acids, hydrocarbons, aromatic solvents).
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)/plastic: Resistant to almost all chemicals, with ultra-low adhesion, suitable for high-purity media.

Reinforcement layer: Multiple layers of high-tension synthetic fiber yarns (such as polyester, aramid) or helical steel wires are woven/wound. It offers extremely high burst pressure and anti-vacuum collapse capability, ensuring the dimensional stability of the pipe body under high pressure and suction conditions.

Outer layer (Cover) : Usually in colored (such as black, yellow, red) wear-resistant synthetic rubber (EPDM, NBR, CR, etc.). The surface is smooth or treated with fabric texture, featuring excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance, protecting the pipe body from external mechanical damage. The outer color is often used to identify the type of medium.
