High Temperature Reinforced Silicone Hoses are used by professionals in industries such as high performance racing vehicles, commercial truck and bus, Marine, agricultural and off highway vehicles, turbo diesel, food and beverage, and general manufacturing industries.
Engineered for extreme temperatures and featuring Aramid linings, this range of 76mm straight coupler 90 degree elbows are for use in high performance applications. Aramid is a flame-resistant, high-temperature fibre that will not melt, drip or support combustion in air, so is ideal for turbo boost hoses where the temperatures are greater than those of coolant hoses. The typical operating temperatures of Aramid hoses are minus 60 degrees to 250 degrees celcius. These straight coupler hoses are available in a range of sizes, all with a standard length of 76mm. Sizes from 25mm to 45mm come with a 3 ply polyester reinforced wall of 4.5mm and sizes over this come with a 4 ply polyester reinforced wall of 5mm. Other constructions are available including standard silicone for coolant and air, and fluorosilicone lined for fuel and oil.
